Pregnancy is one of those times when you really need to take the weight off your feet and be pampered. Being stressed isn't good for the baby, so what better excuse than being pregnant for some nurturing me-time!

At Inside Spa, we recommend that during the stages of pregnancy, you focus on beauty treatments, such as manicures, pedicures, facials, nails, and tinting.

Massage and Body treatments should be avoided during your first 12 weeks of pregnancy. Once your 12 weeks are over, we can then personalise most of our massages, to suit your individual needs.

Please note certain treatments such as Thai Foot massage, CACI, our body wraps, the Spa Wellness Experience and the Mud Chamber cannot be used during pregnancy.
