In order for us to deliver the best possible service to our clients, Inside Spa operates under the following terms and conditions which govern use of the spa, its facilities and our service to you.
Terms & Conditions
You must notify us of any changes to existing or new medical conditions/injuries on every visit to the spa. We will not be responsible if anything happens to you and we have not been informed. Pendle Leisure Trust reserves the right to refuse admission to any persons undergoing specific medical treatments that will hinder their recovery by going into the spa or having treatments.
In line with Pendle Leisure Trust's dignity at work policy, we respectfully ask that all our customers and contractors behave in a manner that is inoffensive and that all our staff are treated with dignity and respect. The Trust may choose to withdraw its services to any visitor who fails to comply with this request.
All treatments, Spa Wellness Experiences, Pamper Days and Private Hires must be booked in advance. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
If for any reason you cannot make your appointment, please call us on 01282 661735. We require 24 hours notice if you need to cancel. Bookings cancelled within 12 hours will be charged in full.
All spa and treatment vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase.
Some treatments may not be suitable or require adjusting. As your well–being is our priority, please provide any relevant information at the time of booking.
Please note that certain treatments such as CACI, the Spa Wellness Experience and the Mud Chamber CANNOT be used during pregnancy.
We require a doctor's note if you are being treated for any of the following: heart conditions, cancer, liver problems, kidney diseases and any recent operations.
We take no responsibility if you turn up late for your appointment; however, we will try our best to move appointments around to accommodate you, but please be aware this isn’t always possible. Please ring the spa in advance so that we can try to help.
The Spa Wellness Experience is for 2 hours only. Any extra time spent using this facility will result in an additional charge. Please ensure you keep an eye on the time during your visit.
If you have a complaint whilst on site please notify a member of staff immediately who will endeavour to assist you. If you remain dissatisfied on your return home then you must put this in writing to our customer services within 7 days to ensure that your complaint can be fully investigated (email@example.com). If you do not give us the opportunity to resolve a problem by reporting it to the Duty Manager then we may not be able to deal positively with the complaint on your return contact. Please note, if a resolution is accepted on-site then no further gesture/compensation will be applicable.
