Mum-To-Be
Pregnancy is a beautiful time, but one that is hard work on the body and mind. At Inside Spa we’re here to help you to fully unwind and take the weight off your feet with our specially designed Mum-to-be treatments.
We recommend that during the early stages of pregnancy, you focus on beauty treatments, such as manicures, pedicures, facials, nails, and tinting. Massage and Body treatments should be avoided during your first 12 weeks of pregnancy. Once you’re past the 12-week mark, we can personalise most of our massages to suit your individual needs.
Please note certain treatments such as CACI, our Spa Wellness Experience and the Mud Chamber cannot be used during pregnancy.
