About Gift Vouchers

All vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase
Vouchers can be redeemed against products, treatments or a Spa Experience
If you have paid for a particular package, this cannot be changed at a later date
Unfortunately, if you lose your voucher it becomes void. However, we will try our best to find the voucher details, but this is not guaranteed
The Management reserves the right to offer no refund on any gift voucher purchases
