Sanarium
If you find a classic sauna too hot or too dry, the sanarium offers the ideal alternative. A temperature of up to 50ºC and a controlled humidity of 30-40% create a particularly gentle temperate climate in which to relax.
Salt Inhalation Steam Room
The benefit of sea salt is based on the premise that sea-water has practically the same chemical make up as human plasma, allowing it to be easily absorbed with its healing properties – a great combination with steam.

Hydrotherapy pool
Balinese people believe there is a flourish of Chi (energy) at the junction between two rivers, which is why moving water becomes a vital element in a spa environment. The hydrotherapy pool has high pressured jets that will help to eliminate muscle tension, improve blood circulation and increase lymphatic drainage which will help reduce the appearance of cellulite and smooth the skin tissue.
Reflexology footbaths
A relaxing, effervescent footbath, with heated seats. Bubbles massage the bottom of the feet and ankles and stimulate the pressure points just like the pedidarium of the Roman baths.
Monsoon showers
A total of 50 litres per minute of thermostatically controlled hot or invigoratingly cold water will pour down on you at the touch of a button. Atmospheric lighting will change from red to blue according to your choice of water temperature.
Ice fountain
Handfuls of ice flakes rubbed into the body will help to stimulate the circulation and lymphatic system. This will help boost the immune system and remove toxins and water retention.
Rasul mud bath
This is an Arabian ritual using mineral muds and steam. A therapist will explain how to apply each of the four muds; you will then be left to apply the muds to yourself or each other! The room will automatically start to produce an intense steam, infused with aromatherapy oils, for 15- 20minutes. To finish,warm showers will wash away the mud. Your skin will be left feeling silky soft, your body revived and refreshed!
