Managers Beauty Tips
Dry body brushing: Also called skin brushing – is one of the best ways to care for your skin. It helps to break up fatty deposits, aids in lymphatic drainage, detoxification, and stimulates circulation on top of the basic exfoliation. This leads to your skin feeling smooth & glowing.

Cuticle oil: can help nourish dry cuticles. It moisturizes the cuticle and parts of the nail, which keep the cuticle from drying out and helps prevents nails from cracking & splitting. A small drop of oil each day will help your nails to feel stronger than ever before.
Perfect Eyebrows: When using a pencil you should apply in small, feathered strokes. Starting at the inner corner work outwards blending the colour with a brush. To tame stray hairs just use hair gel and comb through to neaten. You should pluck hairs between the brows and any stragglers. Never remove hairs from above your eyebrows as this alters your natural shape.
Skin Sauna: A good deep cleansing treat is to give your face a sauna. This is especially good for congested skin. You need to fill a bowl with near boiling water and add four drops of each of the essential oils recommended for your skin type.
NORMAL: Mandarin and Lavender.
OILY: Lemon and Eucalyptus.
DRY: Rose and Camomile.
Place a towel over your head and hold it over the bowl from a distance of about 30cm for a period of around two minutes. This opens the pores and prepares it for a face mask. You should not use a face sauna if you have sensitive skin, are pregnant or suffer from asthma
Perfect manicure: Start with a base coat to strengthen and protect the nails then finish with a clear topcoat to add gloss, sheen & lock in the colour. Store nail polish in the refrigerator to maintain a smooth consistency.
Drink a glass of hot water with lemon: It will de-tox your entire system, including the liver and gall bladder. This means that your body will be able to clean the blood faster to get rid of toxins responsible for bad skin.
Cellulite: Avoid diet drinks where possible as these can cause cellulite whereas apples are a great way of helping to reduce cellulite on the body.
Puffy Eye Relief: A black tea bag soaked in cold water on each eye for ten minutes will reduce swelling caused by fluid retention. Gently press from inner to outer corners to help aid drainage. Thin cucumber slices used as compresses over closed eyes will relieve sore, puffy eyes. By keeping your eye cream in the fridge will help cool soothe and hydrate your eyes ready for your day ahead.
Lip balm: applying lip balm daily helps to keep your lips hydrated. It also helps lipstick/gloss to look & feel better on the lips as it won’t sink into those dry areas.
Keeping your skin hydrated: Drinking the recommended eight glasses of water per day is one easy way of keeping your skin hydrated from the inside. Moisturising daily will help protect, treat & revitalise your skin.
