- Do I need to bring anything with me?
£1 for your locker Own Swimwear and Toiletries Flip flops are optional, slippers are provided for pamper days. - Do I need to pay a Deposit?
Yes we require full payment for any pamper days and £10 deposit for any treatments over 1 hour. - Can I use the spa when I’m pregnant?
No. - Can I have treatments when im pregnant?
Yes as long has you are over your first 3 month’s of pregnancy. Some treatments may not be suitable so please ask at the time of booking for suitable packages. - How long do I get to spend in the spa Experience?
2 hours. - Can I use the swimming pool when ive paid for the spa experience?
Yes but only at selected time’s, please ask the spa therapist at the time of booking. - Do we get Lunch and Drinks with a pamper day?
Yes, one complimentary smoothie plus tea and coffee throughout the day. - Do you serve Lunch?
Yes we only serve lunch with pamper days however you do have the option to get a light lunch on the pool side area. - How much notice should I give when booking a treatment?
To avoid disappointment please contact sooner rather than later to look at our availability. More notice is needed when accommodating group bookings, we would advise at least one month prior to look at available dates. - How much notice do I need to give for a cancellation?
At least 24 hours. - Will I loose my deposit if I don’t cancel within this time?
Yes. - Can I use my own toiletries and products in the spa?
No. - Do I have to pay for the spa if ive booked a treatment.
Yes unless it states otherwise. - Are the spa experience sessions mixed?
Yes apart from our ladies only session times, which are: Tuesday 4pm till 9pm Friday 9am till 11pm Sunday 6.30pm till 8.30pm.
- Do I need to book the spa?
To avoid disappointment we do advise for you to book the spa experience in case there is a private booking or it’s fully booked.
- How old do you have to be to use the spa experience?
14 years of age and accompanied by an adult until the age of 16. - Can we have treatments at the same time?
Yes depending on availability. - What do I need to wear when using the spa?
You must wear appropriate swim wear at all times. - Do I need to fill any forms in while it’s my first time?
Yes, this form must be completed at time of arrival. It’s a small medical form that provides us with any medical information that may prevent you from using our facilities. Please check medical information. - Do I need a towel?
No, we will provide you with a towel and robe.
